Analisa Borneo - Shamanic Practitioner

Analisa is a graduate of the Shamanic Quest two-year Shamanic Practitioner programme, which she passed with Distinction in April 2025. She began operating from the Healing Sanctuary in Bedford, UK, a few months later where she is based today.
Analisa specialises in the application of ‘core shamanics’, traditional techniques used by shamans across the world, to restore balance and wholeness, life-force where there has been soul loss or power loss, enhance mental clarity and intuition and much more.
The shamanic approach to working with trauma builds on Analisa’s previous training in Deep Memory Process regression therapy (DMP) with Woolger Training International (2021-22), and psychodynamic counselling with the Counselling Foundation (2019-21).
She founded Recovery Code X – Centre for Complex PTSD in 2019 to provide therapeutic peer support groups for women self-identifying or diagnosed with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (Complex PTSD). Her longstanding interest in complex trauma stems from her own experiences and desire to help others find their way back to wholeness and inner peace. She is the author of the Young Adult novella Fractured: Memories of a Survivor – Volume 1 under her pen name Anna Bragga (Nov 2017).

Her shamanic training continues, and in 2025 she completed a course in ancestral healing for inter-generational trauma with Iya Affo, a keynote speaker, trauma educator, ancestral healing practitioner, and author of ALTÆR: Ancestral Bone Mapping and Healing.
Specialisms: Trauma responses (symptoms) that can be traced to power loss and soul loss in the current life and past lives. Analisa uses shamanic diagnostic techniques and works as a guide in the spiritual realms communicating with souls trapped through lower emotions, shock and trauma, assisted by her own spirit guides. The term for this specialist area of shamanic healing is psychopomp work. She is currently developing her skills in remote working.
Native American links: Analisa has always felt a strong connection to Mother Earth and subtle energies. Shamanic practices brought her into contact with her Mayan and South American ancestors and guides. Some remember her from past lives. Mayan is a lost and forgotten lineage in her family, which descends from Central and South America (father’s side), with European influences.
